Status Instruments Ltd will repair or replace free of charge any standard product which is defective due to material or production / assembly faults within the time scales shown above. Delivery charges incurred by the user are not covered under this warranty.
If a returned product is subject to a chargeable repair, we will quote the cost of the repair prior to carrying out the work.
