The TTC220X is approved to ATEX and IECEx standards allowing for use in hazardous area applications. The TTC200X “smart” in head temperature transmitter accepts most thermocouple temperature sensors and converts the sensor output over a configured range to a standard industrial (4 to 20) mA transmission signal. Other sensor characteristics or your own 22 point linearisation characteristic (for mV signals) can be downloaded into the product enabling you to adapt it exactly to your application.
Safe area PC configuration allows the user to select TC type, Range, Filter, units, linearization, offset, output alignment and Burnout direction, without requiring calibration equipment.
